IARD will be open on Saturday, March 31, 2018, therefore the deadline for filing an annual updating amendment to Form ADV will NOT be extended to Monday, April 2, 2018.  According to the Investment Adviser Regulation Office of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, the deadline for filing an annual updating amendment is only extended to the next business day if the deadline falls on a day that IARD is closed.  IARD’s hours of operations can be found here:  https://www.iard.com/availability.
